SimCity 3000 by Maxis Review by Vajra Chandrasekera February 15, 1999

Welcome back to SimCity. The principle behind this game is familiar to most of those who have been around long enough, and even those who have not played the earlier versions have most probably heard enough to know the basics by now. Anyhow, the point is simple -build and maintain a city. 

There is no violence and no bloodshed involved, but an incredible level of complexity and entertainment that will leave you so thoroughly addicted you will probably need rehabilitation afterwards. At a basic level, the game is very similar to SimCity 2000, but with a lot of new features and enhancements intended to make it a lot more fun to play. Just what are these new features,
