Trespasser by Dreamworks Interactive

Review by
Vajra Chandrasekera and Chamila Sumanasekera

December  10, 1998

Introduction

You've just crash-landed on an island. Don't be fooled by the placid beach, some of the most vicious predators that ever evolved are skulking in the jungle, just waiting for you to lower your guard. As if that wasn't enough, you've broken one arm, have no weapons, and need to make your way to the center of the island to find a working communications facility. Why? Because that's the way Dreamworks wants it. You thought that was a tough job? Try this on for size- you have to figure out how to use one of the most complicated interfaces ever invented while fending off hungry dinosaurs. An unusual combination of frustration and exhilaration accompanies you as you play Trespasser- it shows great promise, but can it deliver?
