Casio’s Cassiopeia E-11 provides you with a full 8MB of memory. At an estimated $340, it’s small, sleek and efficient, just the thing for someone who’s always on the road and doesn’t want to lug a computer around.

If you don’t want to spend that much and don’t need that much memory either, a PDA like 3Com’s $295 Palm III will be ideal. With 2MB of memory and multiple features to make it useful to corporate users, this is one of the best PDAs available.

If you want a bigger, better handheld –one that you can actually get a grip on- the NEC Mobile Pro 750C may be what you have in mind, with 16MB RAM, plus an optional 32MB compact flash RAM card to bring the total up to 48MB, a spacious keyboard (at least, when compared to other handhelds) and a larger screen. However, all this comes at a price of $795.
